About:

Since 2017, intensive Qigong courses have provided a unique opportunity to learn ancient Chinese techniques for improving and maintaining health. Based on the program by the International Health Qigong Federation in Beijing, this course is available to everyone looking to achieve:

 

  • More peace and less stress.
  • Stronger immunity and better mobility.
  • Improved circulation, reduced pain, and better sleep quality.

 

✨ The basic course lasts one year, including learning, practicing at home, and intensive modules with practical and theoretical tests.

 

Modules and Dates:

 

  • Module I: February 7–9, 2025
  • Module II: April 18–20, 2025
  • Module III: September 5–7, 2025
  • Module IV: November 28–30, 2025
  • Module V: January 30–31 and February 1, 2026

 

🕘 Daily schedule: 9:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–4:00 PM

 

Note: These are the only dates for basic modules in 2025.

 

Course Program – Module I:

 

  • History, development, and main directions of Qigong.
  • Basics of traditional Chinese medicine and key concepts.
  • Energy (Qi) flows in the body and key points for control and awareness.
  • Preparatory exercises for joint opening and tendon strengthening (Jibengong).
  • Basic Zhan Zhuang positions, correct posture, and abdominal breathing.

 

 

Organization and Certification:

  • After each module, a practical-theoretical test is conducted.
  • Only participants who pass all tests and complete the course at DIF will receive a certificate for the basic level and the opportunity to establish a club and lead group training sessions.

 

 

Additional Information:

  • Modules I and II include 1 online day (theory/history) and 3 days of in-person training.
  • Modules III and IV consist of 3 days of live training and corrections.
  • Those unable to attend in person can register for online consultations.
