• Somatic Experiencing Techniques by Peter Levine.
• Feldenkrais lessons focus on awareness through movement.

You will learn:

• How your nervous system works.
• How to identify and release blockages in its natural flow.
• How to restore your body’s spontaneity and freedom of movement.

The techniques you learn can be immediately applied in your daily life!
